How in Google Chrome to make most used plugings always visible?

Hi,
I installed Fake Filler plugin
under my Google Chrome 91(kubuntu)
but as I have a lot of pluging in my browser this plugin

and I wonder if there is a way to sort all my plugins links - to have most used plugings
always visible?

I assume you mean always visible at the top of the list? Because if you are talking about what you see on your extension bar, you can just click to pin them and from there you can click and drag icons in any order you like.

Yes, I can move VISIBLE items(which are at left side) manually . But some items are not visible , as they are at down menu and I need to move it at left visible items part
