How do I stretch the 2nd blue strip to the edges?

Hi HTML Experts,

Am trying to get the 2nd blue strip in http://trafficpillar.com/v2.htm to stretch to the edges much like the 1st blue strip before the logo.

Was in fact trying to swap the order of the logo and the blue strip that I got myself into this.

Any idea what I must do to remove the 1st blue strip and have it moved to after the logo such that it touches the grey parts on the left and right?

Put the second blue strip in its own table, like the first one.

Although, unless this is for an email, I’d ditch the tables entirely.
