How can I find Guest Blog Sites. Can any one help me out plus I have guest blog regarding “Instagram Brand Engagement” and I want to post on PR3. So please reply.

If you have anything helpful to say to the question “How can I find Guest Blog Sites?” then please do so, but do not post a list of sites. Help the OP learn how to find them for herself.
The purpose of a forum is for discussion, and lists of sites provide no basis for discussion and swiftly turn into fluff/Spam magnets. Any post which simply lists sites will be deleted as fluff.
First off, use different search engines to search for guest blogging opportunities. Be sure to include what type of blog you’re accustomed to writing. For example if you are wanting to do a guest post on cleaning, be sure to put guest blogging opportunites - cleaning - into the search. Also, be vigilant about befriending the bloggers that you’d like to post with. Comment on their articles thoughtfully & make sure that they recognize your name so that after a long time of stalking them…er…befriending them, your name will be among those that they recognize. They’ll be much more willing to give you a chance if they can get a sense of your ability to write & your knowledge of subjects that are of concern to their readers ahead of time. Remember that their name is on the line, too when you guest post for them, so it will take time and effort, but should pay off in the end! Good luck!

Google out an article from SEJ titled “9 Networks You Can Use for Guest Blogging and Blogger Outreach”. It is list of sites which list the sites accepting quest posts

Google it “Top sites for guest positing”. But why you are searching for it. Google has recently dropped the scope of Guest blogging & is now focusing on social networking. So you should work more on social networking sites rather than guest blogging. Specially use Google+ for better SEO.
In Google, you can search like "Guest Blogging Websites category(what content you are going to post,for eg:travel related) ".
