How can I create a website?

I know basic html5, css3, javascript, jquery, PHP.
I want to create a website, full of articles, each article with a thumbnail,
and the content of article was created by html wysiwyg editor.
Is there any tutorial about how to make a website like this?
Thanks a million, I googled many times but I can’t find the ways of how to create a article with thumbnail.

There’s certainly not going to be a tutorial on every type of website. That’s what web design is about - creating unique and interesting websites. The best things since you know the basics is to make a start, and then ask when you get stuck.

There are tools like WordPress that handle a lot of this for you. I just say WordPress, though, because that’s what most others say, although there are tons of great CMS alternatives out there that I would turn to first.
