Have just installed PHPAuction, but the date appears like -6 -0 2011

hey guys,

need your assistance. I have just installed PHPAuction, but the date appears as -6 -0 2011. Because of that all the auctions are dislpayed as CLOSED. Can someone please advise on how to fix this?
