Google updated page rank on 6th Dec 2013.
My question is that if somebody lost his page rank from 4 to 3, there should be a difference in search results or not.
Page Rank does not correspond to SERP positions and vice versa. Search engines don’t really rely on Page Rank numbers these days–they’re essentially meaningless.
No page rank doesn’t matter in search result…if your content and keywords are good…
