There are many keyword tools available, but I preferred Google Adwords keyword tool because of Google Adwords tool offers a great way to learn the popularity of keywords in terms of traffic and cost per click.
Do you use Google AdWords?
I use this tool, of course it is not perfect but still a help when choosing a niche. Still some data it gives may be not relevant because it is 12 months average.
