I am not aware that there is any time limit for .gif images to run.
If you know otherwise, please provide a reference where we can read and learn.
There may be a limit on the number of frames in a .gif, but I’ve not heard of it.
For example 16 frames/sec for 60 sec would be 960 frames. That’s a lot of frames and would probably be a large file, but do limits exit? Dunno.
