Get directions to address from local area

Hi there,

I’m setting up a local information page for my local community which will list local addresses of hospital etc.

What I would like to do is have a little “get directions” link that users can click to open up Google maps which ill then give them direction to the location based on their current location.

Can anyone suggest the best way to do this? I have not done anything like this before?

Awesome, thank you, that worked perfectly on mobile. Is the maps:// a generic protocol, so it would work on most devices such as IOS, android etc?

Also, is there a way to link to a desktop version of directions?
