Just the way you’re doing it now. Simply, try to use the category for your post carefully. If you ask something about PHP in, let’s say HTML & CSS, it will be likely go unanswered because many coders and front-end programmers don’t know much about SQL. But if you post it in Databases, someone will answer your question.
I suggest to do a search before posting. Some questions have been asked quite a few times and you might avoid having to wait for an answer. It pains me to say that Google is much better than out search system for this.

As long as the questions are relevant to a web development forum, there should be no problem.

If need help, just simply ask it like the way you are posting now. Don’t be scared to ask anything (as long as it has sense) because I’m sure any members of this forum and most especially the admin guys will be willing enough to help…
