I’m glad that Adobe are beginning to see the light of day and put more energy into accessible Flash.
I am rather sceptical however that it really makes a difference to Flash’s major pitfalls (which is what happens when Flash isn’t available).
As for user uptake xhtmlcoder, if Flash can be made accessible and people refuse to make those changes, there’s justifiable cause for lawsuits. Flash is not exempt from anti-discrimination laws and if Adobe are genuinely making things better for those people, it’s the responsibility of the developer to acknowledge that.
