Find Out Everything In A Session

Hi All

I am updating a website that I did not make and I am pretty sure that the info I need is being stored in sessions but I have no idea what the session names are and there are thousands of lines of code and dozens of files, if not hundreds to look through.

Is there anyway to find out what is in a session?
