Facebook Open Graph Image

Hi,

I’ve added an OG image to my website (goo.gl/Qu4Vwb) header however, when i paste the home page link into a Facebook post, it does not load the OG image.

If i paste any other page on my website (apart from the homepage) to Facebook, the OG image does load perfectly, but not when i paste the main url (home page) - goo.gl/Qu4Vwb

Can anyone point out what the problem could be, thanks?

Does your homepage have the <meta property="og:image" content="path/to/image.png" /> tag in the <head> section?

<meta property="og:image" content="http://site.it/wp-content/themes/sitetheme/images/social.png" />
