Exact Match International Domains (in English)

Hi,

I have exact match domains for foreign countries but the exact match is in the English Language (they are .es and .fr domains with english words).

If I write the complete site in a foreign language will I be OK using my english word domains?

Or should the domain name be in the foreign language as well?
