Errors when loading

I’m having some issues with my home page.

Mostly it loads ok but when it doesn’t it appears broke like there is no css there. Now it is working for me but I am being told often that it is not working and when it’s not It’s showing theses errors:

Is it working for you and what and how do I fix these errors?

Not really my area but looks like a mixed content problem as the http files are blocked when using https.
