Error "404 GET /index.html" with Angular/Node project

I’m a newbie Angular.js programmer and I just finished the “Creating Your First Angular 2 App” by Jess Rascal and I’m getting this “404 GET /index.html” error in the Terminal and instead of getting the expected “Skeleton Project” output on my page I am getting “Cannot GET /”. It’s like it can’t find my index.html source file which is in my “app” folder but everything seems to match the code Jess detailed in his course.

Any suggestions of what to look for and/or how to fix it?
