Dynamic Chart using JQuery or other.Open source and BSD licence

Hi,

I am looking for Chart library using JQuery or any other.

I will use server side languages like JSP or PHP to fetch data from database like mysql or oracle.

This dynamic data will be shown in pie or bar chart using JQuery library.

If JQuery library is open source and BSD licence then very good.

Any idea about library with above features?
