Domain Authority is a metric created and used by moz.com to predict how well a site might perform in search. As such, it has no affect on search rank.
Domain Authority is good for the sites health and it can be increased by good and quality content with quality back links.

Why are you worrying about increasing DA, @rahulsinghdigital? As I’ve already explained, it is simply an indication of how moz.com estimates your site will perform in search results. Surely a much more important measure to concentrate on is how well your site actually performs in search results.
