Please give me some guide about the use of Wordpress…I am trying to submit an article on the web but im a little confuse about few things…
Please let me know what are the ‘tags’ mean? How can i fill the Tags space, Moreover, what should i do with the Excerpt space? Can i left it empty

Blogger is easier to use than Wordpress. Being a user friendly is a big factor in hosting a blog.

You use Blogger because of tags and excerpt? Doesn’t it function very similarly to Wordpress in this respect?
Or are there other advantages of Blogger?

Oh. We have the same situation that’s why I stick to blogger but since then, thanks for the link mate.
Tagging is used to categorise your posts according to key themes in it. Use a couple but not more than maybe 5.
Excerpt, well you don’t need it right now, probably never will. Basically it provides you with the opportunity to write a small paragraph or two summarising/introducing the full article, more info and where it is implemented/seen: http://codex.wordpress.org/Excerpt
I think you should go to the HELP section of wordpress… they have a very comprehensive guide.
