Tried the survey but had to abort, too time consuming atm (8min 29%). Sorry! 
Couldn’t take it. Personal email is blocked by network admins, and I’m not going to use my business email for sign up. And I’m just too plain lazy to go out to my car and use my phone to get the confirmation code.
Otherwise, sounds great.

You don’t have to submit an email to take the survey. It’s only needed if you want to be available for a prize. 
Which, for me, is pretty much the only reason to endure surveys.
