Custom CMS - Need help re-writing php code

Will people be willing to help me with this? I know how to configure it and its already pre-configured, I just need help testing out things and some design implementations. I used this scrpt from a script that went out of business (or rather wont update anymore), and updated the hell out of it somewhat.

The gaming script does not use any PHP Frameworks, its just all PHP with a core. (I know laravel but converting would be too long so its all plain php).

It contains a variety of features that you would find in other sites like IGN or Gamespot, I plan to aim higher than that and add more features.

Current things that need to be done:
Redesign Front End
Login Fixes/Security
Registration Fixes/Security
Admin Re-design
Front Page Slider
CKEditor 3 → 4 (I can handle this one just need to add it to a few more areas.)

its more of a “Needing help in making this” kind of request. Not really a job, as i don’t expect people to be working on it daily.
