Cursor move toward left/right without mouse in chrome

Since I have pain in my wrist, I am trying to find keyboard short key.

I like to use chrome browser.
if I press the arrow key up/down, the vertical scroll bar goes upward or downward, so it gives the effect that the cursor goes upward or downward.

I like to find the effect that the cursor goes left or right.

I tried to press the arrow key left/right, but the cursor doesn’t go to left or right in chrome browser.

Can I get the effect that the cursor goes left or right with keyboard without any mouse move?
