New here - and fairly new to working for myself, too.
I’ve been building a lot of sites for a contact who manages all the business side of things, basically outsourcing the web work to me. Recently though, I’ve been getting a few clients myself.
I’ve just been thinking, in my old job when I worked for an agency, we used to have a WSAF (website acceptance form) that would be sent out to clients on completion of a site. I’ve been thinking I should probably put something like this in place myself - do you guys do this?
What do you think is important to include in this form? I’ve looked at a few examples and they seem to vary quite widely in both complexity and the things they include. Anyone got any really good examples?
