I have html code generating a table in a PDF document. Unfortunately PDF is the only option in this scenario. When end users copy/paste the table into a .txt file, it separates data cells in the row with space characters. I need it to instead separate data cells with tabs. Is there a way to do this?
Do you mean they are copying and pasting from the PDF? In that case, there’s probably nothing you can do about it. A PDF doesn’t have the concept of tables as far as I’m aware.
