Copy Paste To Word also appear with lines

How can I remove the horizontal lines from WORD when copying the code from phpstorm?

However, it doesn’t show in ms word, but when I save as this document in PDF, then it shows the lines, how to remove such styling format?

Why are you using Word for web development, might I ask? I can’t think of a more inappropriate program.

I am collecting the references and some information for upcoming company projects, So I need to show this presentation in PDF file if there is any other software which you have comes in mind, let me know otherwise I have to stick with the ms word but without such type of formatting (any chance).

Word is great for making print documents like party invitations or lost cockatoo flyers, but for web files you would be better of using plain old notepad before using Word.

I use Notepad++, but as you have phpstorm maybe a plugin that does “to pdf” would be the better way to create the pdf files in this case?

Hi, IIRC in Ms Word you have the menu option to paste unformatted text. At least any good wordprocessor has that.

If you whish to use other office suits than Ms Office to save a presentation to PDF there are some alternatives to find, e.g. Libre Office.

OT EDIT)
Apparently I didn’t get the whole picture, thanks @Mittineague.

But then I have to arrange the documents because if I use the plugin, it will creates several pdf for the codes and then I have to use pdf to word converter something to arrange it, is it?

Agree with @Mittineague, Word often copies lots of their html and formatting and a standard text editor would be a good option… I use ConText for any coding I do… I think notepad++ is similar, supports most coding languages and highlights errors in your code also…

@vijesharora16, can you provide an example of the Word document that causes the issue? Maybe with just the code snippet you show in your first post?

Also, can you simply take a screenshot of the code? Especially if you want to show it in the color syntax highlighting that phpstorm offers? Or does the text actually need to be searchable?
