WHY is the page i’ve updated in a state of continual refresh ?!
there is an anchor point contained in the page…
it’s nothing to do with my broadband provider .

I guess it won’t do any good asking for a link if the page won’t hold still.
Does it still refresh if you turn off javascript and go to it?
I suspect you have a stupid META refresh or faulty syntax. As was mentioned a URL would help.
If you cannot supply a URL why not post the HTML of the page.
