Colorbox JQuery open box on first time load

Hi there - I’ve got colourbox to open inline content on page load. {open:true}

Great. But I want this pop up to only open the first time the page is loaded. It’s like the client wants a message on open (using inline content) but once the close click is made and the user returns to the home page, the code should not be executed.

So - open colourbox inline content on first visit to site.

Any ideas?

set a cookie the first time you open color box, then add a check for that cookie before opening color box.

now it should only open once.
