I have a help desk application where I can click a link like
http://www.domain.com/help/admin/ticket_detail.php?ticket_id=ST00004765
I am supposed to be able to click the link in an email and get to the ticket detail.
But when I do there is a message that says “error_msg=cSessiontimedout”
I am supposed to be able to click “Stay Logged In” and then be able to go direct to the ticket. But that does not work either.
Does anyone know how I can make this work?
I am not a “real” programmer. 
but can do a little in code.
