You are right their prices are good. But I guess they don’t allow us to integrate their domain registration system with whmcs?

From last 2-3 yrs. I am using GoDaddy for domain registration and I am happy since I need FULL control on my all the domains.
Godaddy is the best to start of with. They provide domains for as less as $1. After 1 year, you could try namecheap.com as they also provide free whoisguard.
I think GoDaddy is the best option for you.
They are cheap, reliable, friendly and always available on the phone to resolve you issues. I’ve been with about 4 different registrars, and I can say GoDaddy is an ideal choice.
