Cell phone question

I have a Cubot phone (I know, not very popular or cool) that I use for business (talking only) and it came from the manufacturer with a built in app for recording phone calls (I can legally record my calls in the state where I live).

And, I’m currently with AT&T so the phone I have is 2G and will be dropped soon by the carrier since they are upgrading everything to 4G.

I’m looking for a phone that comes from the manufacturer with a built in app for recording phone calls… I know I could get an app somewhere and load it myself, BUT if I ever needed to restore the phone to factory settings (you know, when it starts skrewing up), then I’d have to re-load the call recording app.

I know it may not be that big of a deal to reload the app… but I’d rather find a phone that comes with a call recording app from the manufacturer if possible.

If anybody know of a SIM card based phone that comes with a call recording app pre-loaded… please let me know.

I can legally record my calls in the state where I live.

To answer that we would need to know where you live.
I know in the UK you can only record a call with the other caller’s consent, you must make them aware you are recording or may be recording.

I wasn’t asking about the legality of this, just about the phone.

I’m in Texas and here I can record any of my own conversations without the other person’s consent and it’s admissible in court as it should be.

That way, if someone is talking trash I can record it and if need be take it in to court or turn it over to law enforcement so everybody can hear the person talkin that smack in their own words.

Life is so much better when people are held responsible for their actions!

I’m hearing Asus phones come with call recording apps pre-installed, so I’m looking in to that.

@Rockrz Today in the world the time of using Apple iPhone or Android Smart phone. But any mobile company did not use any kind of apps like “Call Recorder” in there product. But if you actually want to like this apps, so please you going to your mobile’s play store option and search call recorder, and you will get so many free apps what do you want, i think your problem will be solved. I also used this apps, and i was fully satisfied with this, here is the snap shot for you dear…
