I am building a 50th Class Reunion website in WordPress http://reidrossreunion.info. Essentially this is a social website. Using the 2021 theme, and I am struggling with user roles. I want to allow each user to edit (Publish, Edit, Delete) their own page content and comment on other user webpages.
Can anyone shine a flash light ahead?

You might want to have a look at the User Role Editor plugin, which you can utilize a plugin to customize user roles and capabilities. With this plugin you should be able to create a custom user role (e.g. ‘Reunion Member’) with the required capabilities.
Also, you should really be using HTTPS as your site deals with users (and therefore passwords).
