quick question: since i only signed a 1 year plan at bluehost, a few weeks ago, and haven’t started using my account yet, is this something a total newbie to website design and/or wordpress blogging, should be concerned about in relation to spending my time and effort in putting up a site or 2?
i’d hate to get things all done, only to find it was all in vain.
