Best way to convert PSD to HTML

Hi

I am wondering what is the best / easiest way to convert PSD to HTML template?

I have seen Sitegrinder 2 but wondering if this is the best way or which way is considered the easiest and fastest way to do this.

None of these automated processes will achieve the effect of manually coding it all…

I’d highly suggest learning html & css for this reason and doing it manually.

If you want automated… Then yes sitegrinder is probably the best tool

I am pretty good with HTML and CSS. Its just that I am looking for what is the best process for converting the PSD to HTML. I am not too good with Photoshop, pretty new to it. I just want to figure out the best system for converting the PSD to HTML. Any suggestions, perhaps a good tutorial on this?
