What do you mean by “best”, @AppsMaven? Surely that depends on many factors and will vary from person to person; what is best for you may not be best for me.

Without more information from you, this topic can only consist of lists like the one above, which you can find for yourself by an Internet search. I’ve therfore unlisted it until you can explain more clearly what you are seeking.

“Best” for me are those certifications which can train the person with perfection and the strategic mind. That can make some creative and effective in the work. Hope you got my point in this.

OK, thanks - that makes some sense. So you talking about general marketing skills, meaning that “specialised” areas like Facebook Ad Certification are not really relevant. Is that correct?

Yes, That’s my point in this thread.

To all posters:

Please ensure your suggestions are relevant to the OP’s requirements, and explain why you are recommending a particular option.

Please don’t simply post a list of options which the OP could easily obtain for themselves with an internet search. Posts without sufficient detail may be removed as fluff.

I’m curious as to the want for this information.

Are you trying to get a job? (If so, the answer is probably 'look at the company you’re trying to get a job with, they’ll probably tout their own certification strengths…)
Are you trying to show off? (to whom? I’ve never even heard of most of the certifications in the list above, and frankly they wouldnt mean anything or impress me as a regular web-goer.)
Are you working on a specific web page? (If so, what kind of marketing do you do? Or, what kind of marketing do you WANT to do?)
Are you trying to get a general improvement in your marketing skills? (If so, then ‘best’ is entirely subjective, stick with the official certifications of the big companies like Google Bing and Facebook)

Are you trying to get a job? “NO”
Are you trying to show off? “NEVER”
Are you working on a specific web page? “NO”
Are you trying to get a general improvement in your marketing skills? “Yes”
Thanks for your efforts.
