I am looking for the best solution to build an ecommerce site that uses 2 dimensional pricing grids for products. A typical pricing grid might be 15 columns x 15 rows, using product length and width on the x & y axis. Anyone know if it is possible to customize an out-of-the-box ecommerce platform (e.g., Shopify) to accomodate this requirement?
I think you can use shopify for this. They allow you customize any type of grid. They also let you change css grid and css class elements using custom css code.

I advise using Magento. It’s more flexible out-of-the-box and allows more customizations.
