I have a responsive website. In desktop view it is working properly but when the site is being opened in mobile, the header and the footer part background images (repeat x) are not being displayed.
How can I fix it?

It is not practical to guess what might be causing the problem. It would be most helpful if you would post a link to your site. Also mention which desktop browser and which mobile device you are using to test the site.
