APC Fragmentation

Anyone know how I can reduce fragmention, what settings of APC should I change?
I currently use APC on my Wordpress blog with W3 Total Cache plugin.

If i do the ssh command “Restart httpd service” then fragmentation goes back down to 0, but slowly the fragments rack up again.
I notice that whenever I make a wordpress post, the apc memory usage will restart and a whole lot of fragments appear.

Don’t worry about fragments. It does not mean the same thing as it does on a Hard Drive.
