Anyone using Trackaview for Live Chat?

I’ve been looking at this script for a while now. It’s supposed to let you see your visitors in real time and it also has an interface that let’s you chat with customers.

Is anyone using it? If so do you have any reviews? Or does anyone know other similar chat scripts that I can install on my site? I don’t want to be stuck with monthly payments.

The best way is to create your own script then, or modify an existing one. I guess the best scripts with real time monitoring require monthly payments.

Thanks Humsterik, How do you create your own script? Or is there a way to modify an existing one with little programming knowledge?
