I can’t really figure out how they work. They say they have a cost per action charging model, which I get, but I couldn’t figure out from their literature where they actually place their ads. Is it perhaps part of an advertising network that serves ads within apps/games on mobiles?
So if anyone’s used them, what’s the deal, and is it worthwhile? My company is selling physical goods in the UK if that has any bearing.

Hello, I know some people who are affiliated with the company. They say they are a “performance mobile advertising platform” that matches mobile-device users with personalized ads based on the user’s past mobile behavior and purchase history. So, yes, they serve ads via networks and other systems within mobile applications and games. If you have any specific questions, I’d suggest going here and filling out the inquiry form so that they will get back to you and then you can ask away. Good luck!
[edit]I’ve removed your link, because it goes to the account sign-up page, not an enquiry form, and I’m sure you wouldn’t want any of our members inadvertently signing up for an account when they meant only to enquire.

Even I never heard about them.
Its better to invest in advertising platform which you are aware about. I think you can have or you may have an ecommerce website which you can advertise via Google Adwords, Bing, Facebook etc. They all charge for click. Cost per action will also be the same i guess.
They have mentioned in website that “advertisers pay only when a predefined goal is fulfilled” now say if our goal is sales, then do they charge us only when someone buy our product? I’m sure they will not. Please contact with them via their contact page. This may help you to get answers.
