Anybody Use Engage BDR?

As the title asks, trying to see if any publishers ever used the ad network Engage BDR? Might setup some display AND video with them and was seeking feedback.

Cheers!

Their company’s site has a bad WOT rating, whatever that’s worth.

But no, haven’t used them.

If you get an email from Engage BDR offering advertising services such as display or pre-roll, best to just delete it.

Just gave them a shot on both. Pre-rolls had close to non-existent fill, and their eCPM floor of $0.50 filled at a rate of… wait for it… 0.2%. No, that is not 2%, that is zero point 2 percent.

In short, pretty bad.

And you’re posting this because…?

I typically post my ad network reviews in Marketing, since it’s the best targeted place for them on the forums. Publishers should know which networks to work with, and to not.

I’ve merged this with your earlier thread, @casbboy, as they’re so closely related.

Do you just go to the site, or do you use the Chrome extension?

I use the Chrome extension, but in all honesty, pay very little attention to it (most of the time)

I use the Firefox extension, but you do have to check the rating is still relevant. Sometimes a domain got bad reviews a few years ago and may have improved/changed hands/turned into something entirely different in the meantime, but the bad reviews and rating stick. So if I’m concerned about a site, I do at least check the date of the most recent review, to see if the problem is likely to be current or historic.
