Any reason NOT to use Normalize.css?

I was wondering if there was any reason NOT to use Normalize.css? I watched a video that seem to indicate that it might not be good for all cases.

I would assume mine doesn’t fit that description but I’m still doing research.

If you have to purposefully create a lot of CSS to override the stuff from normalize, then that’s probably one of those cases. Even then, the solution to that would be to edit normalize.css and create your own version, or choose a different reset.
