Android and iOS games - Which programming language?

Hello everyone!

My question is: can I make Android and iOS games in JavaScript? Or better is better option C# Xamarin? I don’t want Swift and Java because Swift is only for iOS and Java for Android. I need one language for both (Android and iOS).
