Is it possible to use Adwords without keywords ?
I mean I want my ads to be displayed on everywhere possible without the limit of keywords ?
You could dynamically create them with Javascript when the page loads. I don’t know how your ads’ code runs; could you maybe go into more depth about the code your using?

I’m talking about my adwords ads. Not a publisher’s adsense ads.
I’m not sure about this. Do the content ads from adwords relate to the keywords also?
I think you can use managed placements targeting.
