I have a campaign that sells travel insurance to high risk countries (Syria, Egypt etc…). I have my generic adgroup setup which targets keywords such as “high risk travel insurance”, but I also have a group of 10 specific countries. Will I have to set up an ad group for each? Or can I set up an ad group where the ad copy has
high risk travel insurance to [placeholder]
and in place of [placeholder] it inserts Syria, or Eqypt etc… depending on what the user has search for?
Basically - I dont want to set up an ad group for each country! 
Is thi spossible?
