Adwords - Brand Names - Affiliate Problems?

Currently I am working on setting up an adwords campaign for a site of mine, where the goal is to get them to buy through my affiliate links. but I can’t use the name of the product. My ad keeps getting put on inactive due to this.

Let’s say for example I want to sell an iphone 5, how do I use adwords to get visitors that are actually interested in the iphone 5, without using the words ‘iphone 5’?

Why do you believe you can’t target a brand name? I see AdWords ads every day where the target keyword is a brand name.

I know the rules for AdWords vary from country to country, but I’ve just had a quick glance at the rules for the Netherlands, and I can’t see any prohibition on using brand names there.
