Adsense code in new "https" site

I redesigned my site and my approach is the same, except for offering customers a shopping cart which also required I institute SSL on the site. Thus, I now have an “https” in front of my URL instead of “http”…question is, I can paste my ad code in the site and my old URL tracking channel ought to work…correct? Anyone alse ever experience this? Thanks!

Sometimes there’s the option to hut off the start of the URL, posting something like //website.com instead of http://website.com. It’s often used for linking to scripts etc., so perhaps it’s an option here, although I’d check with the ad supplier. They surely will have had to deal with this situation a million times.
