Adobe muse schedule form email issues

Please help me to understand this issue.
When the website was tested in Business Catalyst, the schedule form worked just fine and contact emails were received. But when the website went live on a third party server, the schedule form no longer works. Emails are not being received. Please let me know what the solution is to this problem based on the error message I received above.
