Adobe CS 5.5 question

I now have the Adobe Master Suite 5.5. But I notice that only some of the applications show 5.5. Others show 5.1. Why is that?

Not all the programs are updated at the same rate. Some will be 5.5, others (I assume that one of those would be Acrobat because it is normally behind of the rest of the suite) will have a lower number. The 5.5 name comes because the most important (such as Photoshop) are 5.5, not because every software in the package is. Weird, I know. But this is how company marketing works.

Thanks. Strange thing is, Photoshop is 5.1.

That lists what’s still CS5 and what’s been upgraded to CS5.5

Photoshop hasn’t been upgraded to 5.5.
