I have recently tried to use google applications and gmail for one of my domain but it doesnt works.I had contacted to my domain host and they used another name server of their now the gmail works and the domain gets error.
The requested URL / was not found on this server.
Does anybody tell me how to fix this?

Thank you, I’ve moved you to Server Management.
Have your host fix their DNS issue with your domain THEN update your google apps to use the correct information for your domain (I don’t use them so I can’t tell you how).

To use the google application for your domain you will have to set the records mentioned in the following URL in your DNS zone editor. Moreover, regarding the domain you will have to point your www record to your hosting proivder server.

I have to agree that this would be caused by a misconfiguration of the DNS at your host. Take a look at your MX records and where the CName for your webmail URL is pointing.
The other possibility is that you have not finished setting up your Google Apps account. Make sure mail is turned on, etc.
Post a fullscreen screenshot of a non-working thing, it’s unclear what doesn’t work.
