You have no legitimate business with vacationsense.com. You are harassing him in his place of business. You are defaming Mr. Sink personally, and his business, in public, over a matter in which you are not involved, for the purpose of damaging his business and reputation. The fact that you are “thinking” about using Yowcow’s service provides you with no status in this case.
If you were ever involved in a business, you would know that Mr. Sink has no obligation to repond to unsolicited message he receives. You have no service to offer him, and he would not be expected to respond to unsolicited offers of service in any case. The only obligation he has is not to discriminate against bona fide clients on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, or age. You are not a bona fide client, you are a wacko. Look it up in the dictionary, if you can’t spell it, just look for your picture, it will be there under the word, wacko.
Mr. Sink is running a business, he is not looking for penpals. Stop waiting for an email response from him, you are not entitled to one. Go for a walk smell the roses.
You are making groundless accusations about how he treats his customers, for the purpose of damaging his business. He’s got an excellent case, and your best defense is insanity (i.e. the nut case defense, which it looks like you can make stick, solely on the basis of your actions on this board).
I’ve got a good lawyer for him. I can recommend the same lawyer to Yowcow if you call them pretending to be upset customer - this is harassment too.

How do you know what my business is with vacationsense?. Looking at the email that vacationsense was sent by me would tell you exactly what my question was. I saw no warning when I used vacationsense contact page that read, “Submitting any form of text will make you liable for harrasment” or something along those lines.

YOWCOW tried to get my petition taken off the web, and paypalsucks banned my IP because I embarassed their biggest advertiser.
I posted a copy of Mark Karlsson’s email to petitiononline. In that email, Karlsson asked that my web petition be suppressed.
Before you could say “butt kisser,” paypalsucks.com banned my IP, claiming my posts had nothing to do with YOWCOW’s business operations.
I disagree. People have a right to know who they are dealing with. YOWCOW claims they are an advocate of “unlimited free speech,” and CEO Karlsson says “the very basics of life is FREE SPEECH.” For Mark Karlsson to ask petitiononline.com to suppress my petition because it was embarassing shows this company is underhanded and hypocritical.
Anyone who has posted anything less than glowing about YOWCOW, and has been attacked viciously on multiple forums by multiple YOWCOW personalities, knows exactly what I’m talking about.

I think that anyone considering this is entitled to know that YOWCOW selectively enforces their Acceptable Use Policy to favor hate sites.
Just as I avoid doing business with companies that use child labor, I think that many people would prefer to avoid doing business with a company that chooses to help raise money for hates sites, in violation of their own Acceptable Use Policy.
That’s why I am making this dispute public - that and the fact that YOWCOW has tried get both my petition and website removed from the internet.
Since YOWCOW’s argument for servicing the hate site was “Free Speech,” I think their hypocrisy in trying to take away my right to Free Speech is something potential customers should know about too.
The only way to inform potential customers is to spread the word publicly.

I am one of the parties involved, I’ve posted the emails and correspondence that “proof” (sic) what I am saying.
This intersting debate aside I wouldnt advise anybody to go anywhere yowcow. They are notorious for late payments if they pay at all and regularly seem to freeze accounts for no reason. Plus they are Australian so forget about any legal action should yowcow milk you of your cash :0)
For almost a year now I have been using YowCow but in the past couple months they have become very unreliable.
On 3/26/05 I ordered a withdrawal of $209.00 to be transferred into my bank account.
On 4/16/05 I ordered a withdrawal of $639.00 to be transferred into my bank account.
As of today, 6/4/2005 I have still not received $848.00 of my money that they are holding for no apparent reason. I have also gotten an e-mail from a customer trying to order a video telling me that they are now showing a page that I am not a recognized seller. I don’t know what is going on with them but it is obvious that I cannot any longer utilize their services nor recommend them.
